The invention relates to a device for loosening bulk goods in a storage space according to the preamble of claim 1. This is particularly suitable for use in storage containers or bunkers for pellets or wood chips, which are fed via a screw conveyor or a spiral conveyor to be transported to the burner of a heating system. The bulk material passes through an inlet opening of a housing receiving the screw conveyor into a conveyor pipe which leads to the combustion chamber of the heater. A vibrating plate is attached above the inlet opening of the housing, which is set in motion by the movement of the rotating screw conveyor. This loosens caked-up pellet lumps so that they can be transported through the conveyor pipe without any problems. A device of the type described is known from DE 20 2008 004 400 U1. The installation and assembly of such devices according to the prior art require care and accuracy, since as a rule the already installed delivery pipes within the storage space must be cut open axially in several places in order to install the device. The separating cuts must be made very precisely in order to create a predetermined opening, through which the pellets or wood chips are fed into the conveying pipe at a correct angle. The invention has for its object to remedy this situation and to provide a device that can be prefabricated by the manufacturer so that a quick and exact installation in the storage space is possible. To achieve this object, a housing is provided according to the invention, which is attached to each side wall outside a connecting piece for the attachment of a screw enclosing the conveyor tube, which is guided inside the housing through a partially cylindrical bottom wall ending on the side walls. This solution has the advantage over the prior art that the device is available as a ready-to-install unit which can be connected to the delivery pipes in the storage space without further adaptation measures. Additional measures for adaptation, for example by cutting an access opening on the conveyor pipe, are unnecessary. In a development of the invention it is provided that the bottom channel is attached with its upper edge to the rear wall of the housing and has a low-friction coating on its inside according to a further feature. According to a further feature of the invention, the inlet opening below the vibrating plate is limited by a transverse wall which adjoins the two side walls. It is particularly advantageous if two parallel fastening projections protrude from the lower edge of the transverse wall of the housing and are used for fixing the housing to a floor of the storage space. These fastening projections, which protrude outwards in addition to two further fastening projections on the side walls of the housing, ensure that the housing is fixed in a defined manner on the floor of the storage space and prevent tipping or shifting due to the not inconsiderable weight forces that act on the housing , is caused.
